Yes! We deliver global products exclusively to Brazil and Spain. Unlike local products, global products can be delivered to all regions of Spain—no exceptions.

2. How long does international shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typically, international orders arrive within:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

3. How much does international shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. The exact fee will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. If no shipping cost is displayed, your order qualifies for free shipping.

4. Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Customs policies vary by country. You are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. However, for the majority of our global products, these charges are already included in your purchase total and may not be payable by the recipient.

10. Do you offer refunds for custom physical products

We do not offer refunds for custom physical products based on personal preference or change of mind. Refunds or replacements are only considered for items that arrive damaged due to shipping or production issues.

In cases where damage appears to be intentional or inconsistent with shipping-related issues, we reserve the right to decline a refund or replacement.

📦 Local Products (12–48 Hour Spain Delivery)

1. What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Cash on Delivery (COD) is a payment method where you pay for your order at the time of delivery—typically in cash, but often also with a credit or debit card, depending on the courier or seller.

2. Is COD available for all products?

COD is available on most products; however, certain categories—such as global products, digital items, high-value goods, or special-order items—may require partial or full prepayment online. Availability will be shown at checkout.

3. Are there any extra charges for using COD?

Not usually. A small COD service fee may apply depending on your location and order value. Any charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order—no hidden costs.

4. Can I pay using card or UPI at the time of delivery?

COD typically refers to cash payments, but most of our delivery agents carry a card machine (for credit or debit card payments), may also support UPI options (like Google Pay (GPay) or banking apps), or even accept regional payment methods such as PIX, available in countries like Brazil. However, availability is not guaranteed (e.g., processor system outages or network issues)—please be prepared with the exact cash amount.

5. What if I’m not home at the time of delivery?

If you’re unavailable, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. You can also reschedule the delivery or authorize someone to receive and pay on your behalf. A small rescheduling fee may apply.

6. Can I open the package before paying?

For security reasons, the delivery agent is not allowed to open the package before receiving payment. If there are any issues after opening, you can contact our customer support or follow our return policy.

7. Can I cancel a COD order?

2. How long do I have access to my digital downloads?

Unless otherwise stated, your download links will remain active for at least 1 month. However, we recommend downloading and backing up your files shortly after purchase.

3. What file formats are your digital products available in?

Our digital products come in a variety of formats, such as PDF, ZIP, MP3, PNG, MP4, or DOCX, depending on the product type. Each product page lists the exact file formats provided.

4. Can I download my purchase more than once?
